terrible servicio. llegaron una hora tarde y de los 4 mariachis que pague solo llegaron 3. para acabarla no me quisieron reembolsar el dinero del mariachi extra. NO RECOMENDADO

We hired this mariachi group for our wedding ceremony in June, and unfortunately it was the biggest disappointment of the day. We communicated our song requests well in advance to their musical director Jorge, and received confirmation that everything could be performed. We were also assured they had done Catholic mass before and knew the order of liturgy. Despite that, multiple songs that were central to our Catholic wedding Mass were either missed or replaced. Firstly, they arrived late causing a delay in our mass. For our processional, we requested Air on the G String for the wedding party and Canon in D for the bride. They only played Canon in D, and the musicians appeared surprised when Air on the G String asked whether this song would be played. For the Responsorial Psalm, we requested Alaben el Nombre del Señor, but they instead played Aleluya, and it wasn’t even the liturgical Mass version appropriate for that part of the ceremony. For the Presentation of Flowers to the Blessed Mother, we requested Ave Maria, but they played Mi Virgen Ranchera instead. These weren’t last-minute changes. Everything had been communicated and confirmed beforehand. Unfortunately, these mistakes happened during moments that can never be recreated. We reached out to the representative after the wedding to understand what happened, but we never received a follow-up response. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this group for a wedding ceremony.

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA!! NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ------------------------------------------------------------- Si por algun motivo tienes que cancelar, NO reembolsan ni un solo centabo, se lo ROBAN TODO!! Todo tipo de negocio tiene devolucion de tu dinero, segun la ley de NY, te dicen que tienes un credito el cual puedes usar en un minimo de tiempo de 6 meces, en otras palàbras la persona festejada por ley tendria que volver a cumplir años en menos de 6 meces ( Algo myu tonto de parte de ellos ) No dan ninguna otra opcción aún asi cuando No fué solo un depósito ( EL PAGO SE HISO COMPLETO DESDE EL PRINCIPIO ) Y aún asi se ROBARON TODO EL DINERO
